Design and Pattern
Each design ordered comes first to our pattern room. Patterns are made size by size in a CAD system; a sample is made and checked for your approval. From here the approved design's technical details go to production, and questions during production are solved here too.

Cutting and Sewing
Approved patterns are prepared for cutting by the size markers and cut on an automatic cutting machine. The sorted pieces are sewn on modern machines by our expert staff.

Quality Control and Packing
Shirts from sewing pass in-process checks in our finishing section and are pressed to your size chart. After a final check they are packed in your own label and packaging, ready to ship.

How we work
Fabric
You can supply your own fabric or ask us to include fabric.
Capacity
1,500 to 2,000 pieces a day, 35,000 to 40,000 a month.
